Building acoustics · Private beta

AcoustiCloud.

Model the space.
See the sound.

A building acoustics platform bringing floor plans, physical elements, and sound transmission paths into one browser workspace.

In active development. Beta access is by invitation.

01 /The platform

Start with the drawing.
Understand the building.

Acoustic design is more than the insulation value of a wall. It starts with understanding how rooms, floors, and junctions connect.

01

Bring the plan into the workspace

Start with DXF import. Work with floors, room geometry, and heights in 2D and 3D views.

02

Give the model physical meaning

Define materials and construction layers. Inspect walls, floors, and junctions alongside their geometry.

03

Follow the transmission paths

Explore direct and flanking routes between room pairs. See the selected path and its surfaces in the model.

02 /The engineering approach

Every path has
a physical story.

Geometry is an input to the calculation, not just a visual. AcoustiCloud is being developed to keep surfaces, room pairs, and junctions connected in a traceable model.

03 / TRANSMISSION PATHS

Direct and flanking routes share the same physical model.

Conceptual illustration

The calculation engine, in the browser.

Rust is compiled to WebAssembly. The acoustic solver is designed to run on the user's device. Numerical development and validation are ongoing.

03 /Where we are today

A working foundation.
A clear next chapter.

AcoustiCloud is a private beta in active development. Below, what is in beta today is kept separate from what is still in development and what is planned.

October 2026 · Development status

Modeling & setup

In beta

DXF import, 2D/3D editing, and material setup workspaces.

Junction & path inspection

In beta

Inspect room pairs, physical junctions, and direct or flanking routes in the model.

Calculation & reporting

In development

The Rust/WASM acoustic engine, comparison with Turkish building acoustics regulation targets, PDF reporting, the end-to-end calculation flow, and numerical validation are in development.

AI design co-pilot (Claude)

Planned

A planned assistant built on Claude to explain results in plain language, suggest construction changes for elements that miss a target, and draft report text. Sound insulation values will stay with the deterministic engine.

04 /Our team

Different disciplines.
One shared workspace.

AcoustiCloud is developed by a three-person team bringing software, acoustic architecture, and design together around one product.

05 /A few useful details

Open questions.
Straight answers.

Can I use AcoustiCloud today?

The platform is in private beta. Get in touch to request early access. The app sign-in link is for users who have been granted access.

Where do calculations and project data live?

The acoustic engine is designed to run in the browser. Projects can be saved as local files, and optional account-based cloud storage is also available. Running the calculation locally does not mean all project data always stays on the device.

What is the standards and validation status?

The engine is being developed around ISO 12354 building sound insulation models. Testing and validation of geometry, junctions, and transmission paths are ongoing. The platform is not yet presented as a complete, independently certified compliance assessment tool.
